The Korea Electro-Acoustic Music Society (KEAMS) proudly announces the Seoul International Computer Music Festival 2026 (SICMF 2026).

Festival Theme – Tradition and Contemporary Electro-Acoustic Music
SICMF 2026 particularly welcomes works that engage with traditional music, including but not limited to:

* Traditional musical materials, aesthetics, or performance practices
* The use of traditional instruments in electro-acoustic or computer music
* Contemporary or experimental reinterpretations of traditional music

Works that do not include traditional music elements are also welcome and will be fully considered.
All submitted works are evaluated equally; however, works related to the festival theme may be given priority during the selection process.

Traditional Instruments & Performance Support
* Korean Traditional Instruments (Gugak)
* KEAMS will provide performers and instrument rental (up to 3 performers) for selected works.
* Non-Korean Traditional Instruments
Composers are responsible for performers, rental, transportation, and related costs.

Rules & Regulations
1. The submitted work has to be composed after 2019.
2. The duration has to be less than 12 minutes.
3. For the works of the category #2, the number of players is limited to 4.
4. For performances requiring non-standard or special instruments, composers are responsible for providing the instruments and the performers on location.
5. Channels for audio playback are limited to 8 channels.
6. Up to two works may be submitted, but they must belong to different categories.


Attendance & Accommodation
* Selected composers must attend in person unless unavoidable circumstances apply (illness, visa issues, etc.).
* KEAMS will provide hotel accommodation (2 nights).

1. We agree to pay all costs for performer fees up to 4 performers, instrument rental, etc.
2. This policy may be subject to change.

한국전자음악협회는 서울국제컴퓨터음악제 2025에 연주될 작품을 공모합니다.


공모 주제 – 전통과 현대

SICMF 2026은 전통음악을 주제로 한 작품을 적극적으로 환영합니다.

* 전통음악의 음악적 요소, 미학, 연주 관습을 활용한 작품
* 전통악기와 전자음악/컴퓨터음악의 결합
* 전통음악을 현대적·실험적으로 재해석한 작품

전통음악적 요소를 포함하지 않은 작품도 자유롭게 접수 가능하며,
모든 작품은 동등하게 심사 대상이 됩니다.
단, 공모 주제와의 연관성이 있는 작품은 심사 과정에서 우선적으로 고려될 수 있습니다.

전통악기 사용 및 지원
한국 전통악기(국악기)를 사용하는 경우,
선정된 작품에 한해 연주자 및 악기 대여는 한국전자음악협회(KEAMS)에서 담당합니다
(연주자 최대 3인).
타 국가의 전통악기를 사용하는 경우,
연주자 섭외, 악기 대여 및 운송 등 모든 관련 사항은 작곡가 본인 부담을 원칙으로 합니다.

공모 규정
1. 작품은 2019년 이후 작곡된 것이어야 함
2. 작품의 길이는 12분 이내여야 함
3. 악기를 동반한 전자음악일 경우 연주자는 4명 이내여야 함
4. 특수한 악기를 포함한 음악일 경우 작곡가의 책임 하에 악기와 연주자를 동반하여야 함
5. 모든 작품은 8채널까지만 가능
6. 두 작품까지 접수 가능하나 서로 다른 공모분야의 작품이어야 함


작곡가 참석 및 숙박
선정된 작곡가는 부득이한 사유가 없는 한 반드시 음악제에 참석해야 합니다.

공모 접수 마감 (온라인)

지원정책
1. 당선된 작품의 연주를 위한 연주자 4명까지의 사례비와 악기 렌탈비 등은 본 협회가 지불함
2. 이 정책은 본 회의 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있음
