The Korea Electro-Acoustic Music Society (KEAMS) is proud to announce the Seoul International Computer Music Festival (SICMF) 2022.

Rules & Regulations
1. The submitted work has to be composed after 2017.
2. The duration has to be less than 12 minutes.
3. For the works of the category #2, the number of players is limited to 4.
4. For performances requiring non-standard or special instruments, composers are responsible for providing the instruments and the performers on location.
5. Channels for audio playback are limited to 8 channels.
6. Up to two works may be submitted, but they must belong to different categories.


Submission Deadline
1. Thursday, 30 June 2022, 6 pm (UTC+9)
2. Attendance at the festival is not required for this year, because of the pandemic.


Support Policy
1. We agree to pay all costs for performer fees up to 4 performers, instrument rental, etc.
2. This policy may be subject to change.


How to Submit
1. Only online submissions are allowed.
- Connect to CMT(Conference Management Toolkit) site, and log in/sign in
- Find SICMF 2021 page and submit your work. Attach your documents to the files referring to #2 and #3 described below.

2. Media Files
- Audio file(s) must be in stereo mp3, AIFF, or WAV
- For the works with instruments, submit the score PDF (and MIDI if you want), the recorded audio file and/or related files patchers, documents, etc.
- For the live works, submit the recorded audio file and/or related files patchers, documents, etc.
- For the audiovisual works, submit the video files mpeg, mov, avi, etc.. The total size of the files should be less than 1GB. Instead, the submission of Youtube or Vimeo link is allowed.

3. Document (format can be either TEXT, RTF, or DOC, but NOT PDF) that includes the following information:
- ① Last Name, First Name ② Male/Female ③ Nationality ④ Email ⑤ Homepage (if any) ⑥ Biography ⑦ Title of work ⑧ Duration ⑨ Category ⑩ Instruments (if any) ⑪ Number of Audio Output Channels ⑫ Program Notes ⑬ World premiere / Asia premiere / Korea premiere ⑭ Special Requirements for the Performance (if any)

공모 분야

공모 규정
1. 작품은 2017년 이후 작곡된 것이어야 함
2. 작품의 길이는 12분 이내여야 함
3. 악기를 동반한 전자음악일 경우 연주자는 4명 이내여야 함
4. 특수한 악기를 포함한 음악일 경우 작곡가의 책임 하에 악기와 연주자를 동반하여야 함
5. 모든 작품은 8채널까지만 가능
6. 두 작품까지 접수 가능하나 서로 다른 공모분야의 작품이어야 함


공모 접수 마감 (온라인)
1. 2022년 6월 30일 (목) 오후6시 (서울 시각, UTC+9)
2. 팬대믹으로 인하여, 선정된 작곡가의 음악제 참석은 필수가 아님


지원정책
1. 당선된 작품의 연주를 위한 연주자 4명까지의 사례비와 악기 렌탈비 등은 본 협회가 지불함
2. 이 정책은 본 회의 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있음


접수 방법
1. 접수는 CMT(Conference Management Toolkit) 만을 사용하여 접수 가능합니다.
- CMT에 가입, SICMF 2021 혹은 Seoul International Computer Music Festival 2021을 검색, 아래 파일들을 첨부하여 접수합니다.
- 아래 2, 3번 항목 참조.

2. 작품 파일
- 오디오 파일은 반드시 스테레오 버전으로 올릴 것. (포맷: mp3, AIFF, WAV 중 택일)
- 악기를 동반한 전자음악일 경우 : 반드시 악보 PDF 업로드. MIDI음원도 제출 가능. 녹음된 오디오 파일이 있을 경우, mp3와 관련 파일 패치, 도큐멘트, 프로그램 등을 업로드.
- 오디오-비주얼 작품일 경우 : 영상 파일은 mp4, mov, avi 등의 포맷으로 올리되, 전체 용량이 1GB를 넘지 않게 할 것. YouTube 혹은 Vimeo 링크를 제출해도 무방.

3. 다음 정보를 담은 도큐먼트 파일 업로드 (포맷: TEXT, RTF, DOC, HWP 중 택일 / PDF는 안됨)
